We provide for you all services connected with acquisition of the property in the Czech Republic:

1. Constitution of the responsibility limited company (Ltd.)
   1. WHO? Recommended for foreigners outside of EU or EU citizen who would like to run their own business in the Czech Republic
   2. HOW? Generally, it is not necessary to meet more than once with our lawyer regarding the scope of business of the new constituting company and other questions and one more meeting at the notary in order to sign Power of Attorney
   3. TIMEFRAME? From one week to one month, depending on the specifics of the ltd.
   4. COSTS? From CZK 35,000 to CZK 60,000

2. EU card
   1. WHO? Recommended for EU citizens who would like to buy the real estate as an investment
   2. HOW? There is needed only one short visit at the notary to sign the Power of Attorney and fill one form
   3. TIMEFRAME? Up to two month
   4. COSTS? CZK 10,000

We provide other services, such as:

1. obtaining trade licenses;
2. arrangement of notary deposit, advocate´s deposit;
3. inscription of the ownership at the Cadastral office;
4. revision of contracts for reservation, purchase contract or future contracts on sale, purchase, rent, etc.;
5. VISA obtaining;
6. Working permits;
7. other according to client´s needs

As these services may request a different level of demandingness, it is advised an initial consultation for CZK 600 after which a time frame and costs can be estimated. Such consultation does not oblige a client to use other services of the HAPPY HOUSE RENTALS.
