Property management service is the newest department in Happy House rentals s.r.o. We started providing this service because of a high demand from our landlords and it has become a big success in the past year.

The key is our individual approach towards our landlords and their tenants. We also lay stress on professional and responsible work of our team.

We offer property management of individual flats, apartments and houses in Prague and its surroundings rented for short, mid or long term rental.

This service suits mainly landlords living abroad or landlords who simply want to have their property managed by professionals.

Property management service includes:

• Marketing

  Most of our landlords and tenants come to us through recommendation. Our service is based on quality and responsible work that makes our clients come back to us. We advertise on almost all Czech reality servers and in various magazines and newspapers. You can also find our web link on the first pages of Google, Yahoo or Seznam.cz also on some UK, USA and other international websites.. Properties under our management are always offered preferably.

• Cleaning of the property after each let including changing of bed sheets, washing and ironing. We can also arrange cleaning of the communal areas of the house if required.

• Dealing with landlord´s incoming post
• Communication with tenants and landlords about all issues regarding the let.
• Keeping record of all incomes and expenses
• Arranging of house and contents insurance with 20% discount.
• Transferring utility bills into tenant´s names – if required
• Taking care of insurance accidents, communication with insurance companies
• Accounting service – book keeping and annual tax return assesment if required by landlord (extra charge)
• Furnishing properties, arranging internet connection, digital TV etc. - for an extra charge
• Legal services

• Special services – blinds and curtains design and fitting, reconstructions and refurnishments, interior design, kitchen fitting and everything else you can think of.
