Price for a private room in this apartment is 12000CZK/month. It serves as a student place most of the time so if you feel fine among young people from around the world you are most welcome. No need for public transportation unless you go outside the centre. Metro Line B is 5 min away, just as Tesco shopping mall with a supermarket open every day. The medical faculty or NYU for example are within 15 min. distance. You might have heard about the oldest Prague´s pub and brewery "U Fleků" and sometimes you can catch a good smell of their brew in the street. Somehow there is the highest concentration of literary bars and cafes in that location and one of the favourite Prague Pizzerias "Kmotra" is just around the corner. The apartment is fully equipped (all the kitchen apliances, washing machine, internet, sheets and towels) If you do not have a computer, there is an older piece that could be taken out and is to your service. When you take whole apartment, you can be up to 6 people. When it serves as a shared place, we like to keep a limit maximum 4 people so everyone has enough space. For longer stays, discounts are possible.
