Short-term rentals are possible from 2 nights up to 2 months (60 days). Our portfolio offers almost 400 flats that are cheaper alternatives of accommodation than hotels.

1. How to start
   • The easiest way is to send as an email or give us a call with particular ID numbers or requirements (maximum budget, exact number of persons and your special requirements as the Internet, parking, elevator etc.)
   • We process your emails in the course of one whole day, please wait for our reply - real estate agent is preparing an offer for you.

2. Booking
   • The booking is confirmed after completion and signing of the booking form and payment of the booking fee (via your credit card, in cash, via bank transfer or via Western Union). The booking fee is not refundable and it is between 3 – 10 % of the rent making its part.

3. Security deposit
   • Up to the maximum length of 2 weeks, there is a possibility of blocking the amount on your credit card or cash payment, 2 weeks or more – only in cash.
   • Its amount varies according to the rent and length of your stay and you shall be informed of it in advance by your real estate agent. The key money will be refunded to you on check out from the flat after checking the condition of the flat and its equipment that must not be missing or be damaged.

4. Arrival and accommodation
   • We may arrange for you a reliable and price affordable taxi. The driver will wait for you in the hall of arrivals / station hall holding a poster with your name. In case of your delay in arriving longer than one hour, the taxi may be already gone. In such case please contact your real estate agent.
   • The taxi will take you directly to your flat where the real estate agent or the owner of the flat will be awaiting you.

5. Rent
   • It is payable in cash immediately on check in. Payment may be done in CZK, EUR, USD or GBP.

6. Check-out
   • After checking the condition of the flat by your real estate agent or the owner, the key money will be refunded to you in cash and releasing the blocking of the amount on your credit card.
   • We will be pleased to assist you in arranging the taxi to the airport/station.
